Terms & Conditions

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

Minimum booking of 3 nights is required.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Rates are quoted in € Euro and must be received in € Euro.
A reservation will be held for 48 hrs before being released for re-booking, if the deposit is not received within this period.
Full payment to be received 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

More than 30 days notice before arrival – non-refundable deposit is forfeited.
Less than 30 days but more than 14 days before arrival – 50% of total rental cost is refunded.
Less than 14 days before arrival – 0% of rental is refunded.

Maximum length of stay is 30 nights-Check In Time

Check in is from 16:00 on day of arrival until 20:00 or later by special arrangement .

Check Out Time

Check out by 11:00 on day of departure but bags can be left at the house until 15:00.

Honesty Bar

Our honesty bar is stocked with locally selected wines and aperitifs on a by-the-bottle basis. Once a bottle is opened then it will be charged for in full, partially consumed bottles will be charged as a full bottle.

Smoking Policy

We have a strict NO smoking policy. This includes inside the Palazzo and outside on the terrace.

Child Policy

The Palazzo is a medieval building, with steep stairs and original features and is not suitable for children between 2 and 12 years unless supervised by parents at all times.

Want a Chef?

A Chef can be arranged for events or the duration of your stay and is an extra cost subject to choice of menu.

Special Requests

If there are any special requests or dietary requirements please let us know at the time of booking. If you would like certain wines, foods or drinks to be provided on your arrival please let us know at the time of booking and we can arrange for an additional charge.

Activities

Activities include: Riding, Cycling, Sailing, Trekking, Cortona tour, Wine Tasting, Olive Oil tour, Learn about truffles, Foraging, Hot Air Ballooning, Italian cooking lessons and more, all can be arranged by the Manager.

Wedding Groups

Bridal groups are welcomed with additional services available, such as hairdressing, make-up and spa treatments to be arranged with the Manager.

Extra Bed or Baby Cot

€150 per night.

Our manager is available on a daily basis to assist you.

Discounts

Stays of 14 to 20 nights receive a 10% discount.
Stays of 21 up to 30 nights receive a 15% discount.
Early bird bookings receive a 10% discount if booked 90 days or more in advance.
Discounts can not be combined – only one discount can apply.
