(minimum 3 night stay)

2025 €675.00 – 2026 €695

• Per night, LOW SEASON (Last two weeks of November to end of May, first two weeks of December) min 3 nights – sleeps up to 6 people, cost for the whole property including daily service. Easter week, a minimum four-night stay is required

2025 €750.00 – 2026 €775

• Per night, MID SEASON (Jun, July, August, first two weeks of November) min 3 nights – sleeps up to 6 people, cost for the whole property including daily service.

2025 €825.00 – 2026 €850

• Per night, HIGH SEASON (September and October) min 3 nights – sleeps up to 6 people, cost for the whole property plus daily service.

2025 €950.00 – 2026 €975

Per night, CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR min 5 nights at Christmas and four nights over New Year – sleeps up to 6 people, cost for the whole property plus daily service. Early bird offer of 10% off if booked by September.

Minimum of 3 nights and maximum of 30 nights – discounts available over 13 nights.

Due to high bank charges and fees 7% cancellation charges will apply for all cancellations and deposit refunds.

Christmas 2025 at Palazzo Passerini

Minimum 4-night stay between 22-28th December

New Year bookings start on December 29th.

City tax is not included. (€2 per person per night for first 4 days). If you wish to confirm your stay, we kindly ask you to provide us a credit card’s details which will be held as guarantee of your reservation, no deposits will be charged, and the payment is due at check-out.

Our cancellation policy is 14 days before the day of arrival without penalty, in case of late cancellation the amount equal to 50% of the stay will debited on the provided credit card. In case of a no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged as a penalty.

7% charges will apply on all cancellations

Palazzo Passerini does not have a restaurant however we can arrange a private chef and we are walking distance of the bars, cafés and restaurants of Cortona. We provide a generous welcome pack for your arrival.

SUMMARY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Exclusive use of the Palazzo for up to 6 people
Tourist taxes as required by Comune di Cortona (€2 per person per night for first 4 days) are paid in addition
Minimum booking is 3 nights/ 4 nights at Christmas, New Year & Easter
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
Full payment is to be received in Euros to the bank account stated on the invoice a min 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation more than 14 days notice before arrival – full refund minus bank transfer costs (3-5%).
Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival – 50% total rental costs refunded
Check in is from 16:00 on day of arrival
Check out by 11:00 on day of departure but bags can be left at the house until 15:00
The owners retain the right to charge for any loss or damage caused to building, fixtures, furniture or equipment.
Strictly no Smoking Policy inside the Palazzo – smoking on the terrace is permitted.

Maximum stay 30 days.
