Per night, LOW SEASON (November to May, first two weeks of December) min 3 nights – sleeps up to 6 people, cost for the whole property including daily service. Easter week, a minimum four-night stay is required

Per night, MID SEASON (Jun, July, August, November) min 3 nights – sleeps up to 6 people, cost for the whole property including daily service.

Per night, HIGH SEASON (September and October) min 3 nights – sleeps up to 6 people, cost for the whole property plus daily service.

Per night, CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR min 5 nights at Christmas and four nights over New Year – sleeps up to 6 people, cost for the whole property plus daily service. Early bird offer of 10% off if booked by September.

Minimum of 3 nights and maximum of 30 nights – discounts available over 13 nights.

City tax is not included. (€2 per person per night for first 4 days). If you wish to confirm your stay, we kindly ask you to provide us a credit card’s details which will be held as guarantee of your reservation, no deposits will be charged, and the payment is due at check-out.

Our cancellation policy is 14 days before the day of arrival without penalty, in case of late cancellation the amount equal to 50% of the stay will debited on the provided credit card. In case of no show the total amount of the reservation will be charged as penalty.
