Palazzo Passerini does not have a restaurant; however, we can arrange a private chef, and we are within walking distance of the bars, cafés and restaurants of Cortona. We provide a generous welcome pack for your arrival. Not suitable for children under six years old.

2026 RATES For the whole palazzo (air-conditioned)

• Per night, LOW SEASON (First two weeks of December to end of May) min 3 nights – sleeps up to 6 people, cost for the whole property including daily service. Easter week, a minimum five-night stay is required

2026 €895

• Per night, MID SEASON (May, July, August, November) min 3 nights – sleeps up to 6 people, cost for the whole property including daily service.

June/Sept/Oct 2026 €950

• Per night, HIGH SEASON (June, September and October) min 3 nights – sleeps up to 6 people, cost for the whole property plus daily service.

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR

2026 on request

Per night, CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR min 5 nights at Christmas and four nights over New Year – sleeps up to 6 people, cost for the whole property plus daily service. Early bird offer of 10% off if booked by September.

2026 – 5-night minimum stay.

Due to high bank charges and fees 7% cancellation charges will apply for all cancellations and deposit refunds.

City/tourist tax is not included. (€2 per person per night for first 4 days). If you wish to confirm your stay, we kindly ask you to provide us with your credit card details, which will be held as a guarantee of your reservation. No deposits will be charged, and the payment is due at check-out.

Our cancellation policy is 14 days before the day of arrival without penalty. In case of late cancellation, the amount equal to 50% of the stay will be debited on the provided credit card. In case of a no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged as a penalty.

7% charges will apply on all cancellations

Other Extras

We offer a range of services and activities that are additional to the nightly rate include:

Private chef, transport, activities, wedding groups

Extra beds are €150 per night. Children under 8 not recommended.

SUMMARY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Exclusive use of the Palazzo for up to 6 people

Payments by credit or debit card will incur a charge between 1.75-3.5% depending on the card used.

Bank transfer is the cheapest and preferred way to pay. 

Tourist taxes as required by Comune di Cortona (€2 per person per night for first 4 days) are paid in addition
Minimum booking is 3 nights/ 4 nights at Christmas, New Year & Easter. The minimum stay in 2026 is 5 nights.
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
Full payment is to be received in Euros to the bank account stated on the invoice a min 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation more than 14 days notice before arrival – full refund minus bank transfer costs (3-5%).

Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival – 50% total rental costs refunded
Check in is from 16:00 on day of arrival
Check out by 11:00 on day of departure but bags can be left at the house until 15:00
The owners retain the right to charge for any loss or damage caused to building, fixtures, furniture or equipment.
Strictly no Smoking Policy inside the Palazzo – smoking on the terrace is permitted.

Maximum stay 30 days.
