You won’t want to leave!
This was the most incredible find for a family trip to Italy. With comfortable space for 5 adults and impeccable design and architecture you will never want to leave! We fell in love with Cortona on our trip and will definitely be back. Marialena is the best!
A piece of heaven
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed every part of this gorgeous palazzo. The contrast between the old & the new was perfectly harmonized during the palazzo’s renovation. The house is just gorgeous and centrally located in beautiful Cortona. Marialena was so friendly & helpful. It really felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic property!
Perfect for 2 couples, and the location can’t be better. Marialena was an excellent representative and helped tremendously with a couple of last minute transportation coordination issues. We will be back!

Truly, a special place!
We stayed at the Palazzo this past September, and what a joy it was to stay in a beautifully, renovated, luxurious, space! We were two couples, and had plenty of space, beautiful amenities, gorgeous, fully stocked kitchen, and any comfort you may desire. While only a few steps away from the heart of Cortona, the apartment was very peaceful and quiet. Marialena was a most fabulous, warm and welcoming host and was available for anything that we needed during our stay. We will be coming back again to this gorgeous place someday…

The Best Place to Stay in Cortona
There is no other place like Palazzo Passerini in Cortona. Majestic, luxurious, private and spacious this stunning Palazzo is in a brilliant location just a few steps from the main square. Huge beds, marble bathrooms, romantic sunsets, a bespoke kitchen, open fireplaces…an absolute dream. Stay a week, three nights simply isn’t long enough to soak it all in.

A gorgeous Palazzo in the middle of incredible Cortona
Freshly renovated with a lot of taste and luxury amenities, this was an incredible stay for our family. The rooms are vast, the location is quiet, the conditions is perfect. Definitely returning to Palazzo Passerini if we ever have a chance.
And the host was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly welcoming. We felt at home right away.
